Enrollment

Brand Enthusiast/Salon E-Shops Responsibilities
As a Brand Enthusiast/Salon E-Shop, you agree to:

- Be responsible for all taxes associated with your participation in the Program.
Commission Structure
We will pay you a commission for each Qualified Purchase made by customers referred to by you, in accordance with the commission structure outlined in the Brand Enthusiast/Salon E-Shops dashboard. A "Qualified Purchase" is a purchase made by a customer who clicks on your unique Brand Enthusiast/Salon E Shops link and completes a purchase within the specified referral period.
Payment
We will pay you commissions on a quarterly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold, which will be specified in the Brand Enthusiast/Salon E Shops dashboard. Payments will be made via PayPal unless otherwise agreed upon.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or unethical behavior. Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. (“We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with such changes”) If we make material changes to the Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
