Not What You Ordered?
If you receive a product that’s a bit of a rebel and doesn’t match what you had in mind—no worries! With photographic evidence, you won’t need to send it back. We’ll either send a free replacement or explore the possibility of a refund.
Qualifying for Replacements, Returns, or Refunds: Your custom-printed item qualifies for a fix or refund if it meets any of these three criteria: (I) The product itself is having a bad day (it's flawed). (II) The printing quality didn't get the memo about being top-notch (it's poor, yikes!). (III) The final product is doing its own thing and doesn't resemble what you saw on the order screen.
Time is of the essence: If your purchase meets any of the above criteria, make sure to reach out to us within ten business days. We'll swing into action and sort things out for you ASAP. Oh, and pictures are usually our best friends in these situations, so don't toss the order or packaging until we give the green light. Here's what we need from you:
• Your order number and the email address you used for shipping.
• Photos of the affected item(s). Show us the whole item and any other angles that can help us spot the issue. For specific items like apparel, there are some extra details we'd love to see, so make sure to check those out in the original message!
