our story

TWO WOMEN. TWO DIFFERENT PATHS. ONE SHARED VISION.

The Branded Salon was born from a friendship, a leap of faith, and a shared belief that the beauty industry deserved something more.

Pamela

THE BEAUTY INDUSTRY EXPERT

Pamela spent decades in the professional beauty industry. She started her career as a sales consultant and, through hard work and determination, worked her way up to executive leadership and Vice President roles with brands including Wella and Goldwell.

After decades in corporate America, Pamela decided to bet on herself. She wanted to build something that filled a real need in the beauty industry and could give beauty professionals access to products and opportunities that weren’t always easy to find.

Sarah

THE MANUFACTURING & PRODUCT EXPERT

Sarah brought a completely different expertise to the table. With 16 years of manufacturing and product-development experience, Sarah has worked directly with the same manufacturing partner for more than a decade and a half.

Her experience includes working with brands such as Angel Studios, The Chosen, Charming Pet Products, and Gift Republic, as well as brands that have gone on to win on Shark Tank.

Pamela understands beauty. Sarah understands manufacturing.

Together, we work directly with our manufacturing partner to develop, source, customize, and bring products to life.

Our long-standing factory relationship also allows us to offer minimum order quantities that work for businesses of all sizes.
